For the past decade, I’ve walked a quiet spiritual path of un-becoming the many layers that once defined me, gently returning to the essence of who I am.Three years ago, cacao called me into its sacred embrace, initiating me into its ancient wisdom.
As a certified sound healer, I weave these medicines together, holding tender space through heart-centered ceremonies that honor the earth and awaken the soul.
